CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call 205-664-8832 or come to the office if you need to discuss a cancellation. We cannot handle cancellations via email.
If more than 14 days before your arrival date (30 days for long term), you'll be refunded less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel after this time frame, we can hold funds to be applied to a future stay up to one year from date of cancellation. This credit may be transferred one time.
No refunds or credit for no-shows, same day cancellations, early departures, special events, or holiday weekends. No-shows may not transfer any credit or reservation dates.

Each cabin is equipped with all of the following:
Mini fridge, Microwave, A/C, Heater, Ceiling fan
TV w/Cable, Porch swing, Fire pit w/grill
24 HR access to bathhouse, laundry, & showers building
Access to Pool & other park Recreational Amenities
Daily coffee provided 8AM-11AM, Parking for 2 vehicles
NOTE: UNITS DO NOT INCLUDE RESTROOM FACILITIES or LINENS. LINENS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT.
Pets are allowed with non-refundable fee of $25 Per Pet Per Stay, Up to 2 Pets total. Size and breed restrictions apply. Contact office for more information.
